• To improve, personalize, and expand the Application;
• To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and sending updates and promotional material;

3.4 Based on Your Consent

We will obtain your consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, such as:

If you do not want to see targeted advertisements from us, you can request on some third-party websites to stop seeing messages from specific advertisers in the future. If you want to stop all personalized services from us, including targeted ads and social media matching on third-party websites, you can contact our customer service or email our Data Protection Officer to disable personalization.

4 How Do We Share Your Personal Data?

4.1 We may share your personal data with other Rootz entities for the following purposes:

• Providing products and services and informing you about important changes or developments in the features and operation of those products and services;
• Responding to your inquiries and complaints.

4.2 We may share your personal data in the following situations with third parties:

• With service providers who assist us in managing the App and providing our services;
• With our affiliates and partners for marketing purposes, with your consent, where permitted by law;
• In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4.3 Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Countries or International Organizations?

They may also be processed by companies operating in third countries and working for us or one of our service providers. By accessing and using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Application. 2 Access to the Application

You must meet the minimum legal age requirement in your country to use gambling-related services and this application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet the Age Requirement and that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement. You further represent and warrant that you are not excluded from accessing or using gambling-related services and, in particular, that you are not excluded from gambling.

3 Account Registration

When accessing the Application, you may enter your email address and, if desired, link your Wildz Account (i.e., the account registered in your name on wildz.com) with the Application. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account.

All personal data you provide us through the use of the Application or upon registration will be stored and used in accordance with your consent and the terms of our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

4 Use of the Application

You agree not to use the Application for unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these Terms. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any activities that disrupt the operation of the Application.

You acknowledge that Rootz has the right to moderate the content of the Application and/or impose policies and monitor compliance. In case of violation of these Terms or other applicable regulations, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, notifying you accordingly. Additionally, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account and/or prohibit you from re-registering on the Application.

5 Content, Information, and Material on the Application

You may not attempt to access, collect, or disrupt the data and content of the Application using automated means or without proper authorization. This prohibition includes text or data mining.

Furthermore, you agree not to reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, misuse, or disclose any content, information, or materials placed on or used in the Application, in any form or through any medium.

Materials, content, betting tips, statistics, and other information displayed on our Application are not intended as advice and should not be considered as such. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable or responsible for reliance on such information.

Specifically, regarding displayed statistics, stated returns are based on historical data from previous tips and are not indicative of future performance. We cannot guarantee specific returns on your bets. Gambling involves risks, and you should only bet with money you can afford to lose.

6 User-Generated Content

If and to the extent that the functionality of the Application allows, users may post user-generated content (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”) on the Application. All posted UGC will be attributed to the username you provide. Your email address will not be publicly displayed on our Application.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish UGC or to remove previously published UGC without prior notice.

6.1 Third-Party UGC

When using the Application, you may be exposed to UGC posted by third-party users. The opinions, views, and information in third-party UGC are those of the person posting the UGC and not those of Rootz. We accept no responsibility for the content of such UGC.

We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of UGC. You acknowledge that reliance on content posted by other users is at your own risk.

If you believe that any UGC on the Application is in any way offensive, obscene, defamatory, racist, harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, illegal, or misleading, you may notify us by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject “Objection to Content on the Wildz Expertz Application”. Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate the UGC and take appropriate action if necessary.

7 Misuse of the Application

You may not misuse our Application, including but not limited to: (a) Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or other harmful programs or code that negatively affect the operation of software or hardware. (b) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the server where our Application is stored or any server, computer, or database connected to our Application.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, used in connection with the Application is owned by Rootz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Application.

10 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rootz, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
